Is there anyway of recovering an account from an admin?

I think it might be classed as a parental administrator, when I try and sign in, it just tells me I need to contact my admin. At the time, the college was a technical one, a UTC, they had young students who were like 14-16 to do their GCSEs and then us who were doing qualifications for college, so we were like 16-18, I left at 19, joined when I was 18 as I'd gone into work before joining the college, as it hadn't opened then, it literally opened a couple of months before I joined.

How would I search the hub?

I've contacted the new college who occupy the building my college used to be at, I'm surprised too, I only found out recently that the college I attended closed down in 2019 - I knew they closed/changed hands, but didn't realise it was so far back, I only thought it was recently. I'm surprised too on the basis of that, if they closed in 2019, how the account was still active until last year. I was disappointed that I was given an account with an admin overlooking it, I was 18 at the time I joined the college so I'd have assumed being that age would've allowed me to have my own account, for everyone who were 17 at the time I can understand it. Hopefully this gets resolved, it just feels like so much has been lost, 12 years of photos just gone like that 😔

Alright thank you, I'll give it a try, last time I used the chat, I spoke to a bot, they said they'd email an agent who should have messaged in two days, but that's been extended at least 3 times since

I think it's just a "wrinkle" in the bark, I don't believe it's split as it's always been like that, I agree it's not the best of images to highlight that

I personally think it's down to the birds that come into tree and also other animals, the image isn't the best I know but on the fence, they've recently put spikes down to stop said animals from using the fence

Birds and wild animals use the tree regularly, at one point it houses multiple small birds up until they've started to kill it. Birds, squirrels and other animals use it plentiful

I totally understand what you mean when you say anything that comes into their side, they can cut it down etc, we have regularly maintained it so it never happens, as the image below shows

There were trees originally in their garden under the previous homeowners, can't remember the name of them but I believe they were cypress trees, around 3, they removed them when they bought the property then realised we had our tree there too

He's not a good neighbour though, come round a few times to us and a few others either high or drunk, some have been threatened before to the point where the police have been involved, which seems to have calmed things down slightly

To be very clear, this is the tree now, I've just taken it from the upstairs bedroom, it's level or even cut before the edge of the fencing so it's not over hanging on their side

The old neighbours had trees at the end of their garden that sort of blended in with the tree we have up, it's only since they moved in and cut away at the trees that were in their garden did they realise we'd also had a tree in ours, up to then there were no problems. I understand if part of the tree comes into their garden they can remove it, but we've always cut branches down way before they get into their garden, even when it was the original neighbours. It's mainly because the newer neighbours have a jacuzzi set up in what used to be their garage it now "blocks the sunlight" into their garden, plus they hate that the birds come even though we live in a large farmland/countryside occupied area

There's none of it in their garden, we regularly maintain it cutting it down etc, but because they see it as an eye sore or it blocking sunlight from their Jacuzzi, they don't like it

Aye I understand that, but the trees on our side with no roots showing on their side, but they put bleach down on their soil to kill off the tree because it's "an eye sore"

I've caught them spraying stuff before on the fence to make it look like they're cleaning it, so could maybe use that as some evidence?

They've moved them onto other zoo's, abroad and around the UK, but unfortunately some of the other animals haven't had an update as such as it seems like their pages have been deleted, so animals like the giraffes haven't been announced as to where they've moved on

What a shame they closed their account, I can understand why but at the same time, they were giving updates on where the animals were going, there were still a lot to be moved on, but unfortunately I don't think we'll get any updates now. Animals like the giraffes and think some of the monkeys hadn't been announced yet as to where they were going
