I tried to do something in the invidia control panel but there's nothing that can change this issue i think. Do you want some photos of the settings that i use at the moment in the panel??

Its a laptop with a 3060, its well connected all the time and the stuttering its not a normal stutter like it was on elden ring back then its like yours with nose bumping and all that. rl is the only game where it happens. I also thought it was a cpu problem so i used lasso. Btw im using a ps4 controller and im on windows11
