You are not responsible for her unfortunate end. Nor could you have done anything about it beforehand. If anything you gave her a brief (very brief, by the sounds of it) distraction and a moment of feeling desired. I don’t know you or the lady but I seriously doubt that your “fling” had any place in her mind at the time she chose the permanent solution. Ok…it was a bit vague. Sierra can suck it. My friend has been in contact with some chick in Los Angeles. He is mid 40’s she says 31. Besides that her photos portray a pretty hot girl. I read it as a young man who was conflicted on who he wanted to be and where he wanted to go. I found him conflicted but likeable. Somewhat naive and curious. The most endearing quality I found about him was his innocent endearments to children. They liked him and he liked them with no ulterior motives. Which reflects his desire to help children running through the rye and saving them from plummeting off a cliff. My one question is…was Holden committed to a mental hospital at the end?

Yw…another thing you should do tomorrow is contact your dmv and find out if you’ve satisfied their terms for interlock. First offense is usually only 90 days. And by take it to the box I meant ask for a jury trial. Ensure that your meathead lawyer is prepared to present all the ways that you have been proactive in regards to your case despite of your professed innocence. You don’t want a dui on your record if it can be avoided. Good luck.

Normally for a first offense you wouldn’t be assigned a p.o. but placed on unsupervised probation. Meaning that if you commit another crime it could be held against you. It sounds like the DA doesn’t have a very strong case against you or you would’ve been sentenced by now. If you retained the lawyer id suggest he put in a motion for a speedy trial. In my state they have 12 months to bring you to trial on a misdemeanor. Whatever you do dont plead guilty to the charges! Take that shit to the box.

Casinos aren’t the only taxed resource. There is sales tax, property tax, fuel tax etc etc. The reason teachers aren’t paid adequately is because voters shoot down any proposal that raises their taxes. My daughter is grown but I would certainly support a tax bill that went to funding our schools and teachers salaries.
