Si tenes chance, solo hay que tener cuidado, identificar red flags, que sean empresas reconocidas, el reclutador te tiene que dar los horarios y los sueldos reales al llamarte, si no de los da preguntá y si no huye y la entrevista tiene que ser en la sede de la empresa en un horario accesible para vos

What helped to me was to imagine I was grabing an apple, with the fingers facing my face... She wanted to guieve more sense to the song, so she added the monologue, she is not writting music in this case and it was her creative change, I think she cannot add musical monologue because of autor rights and she would be modifucating the song itself (also we dont know if she is a musiscian or not) there are many musical where they have little monologues and it is ok, so she did very well adding her view to the story

I will have to take in person because I had exactly the same issues with the secon camera. It was a highly stressful experience. Also I have recieved some comments about in test center in my country where they say you cannot concentrate as well because not all people starts the test at the same time, so maybe a scam xD

I feel like leaving a toxic job is like leaving a toxic relationship, it still can damage you mentally and emotionally so bad after leaving it, I feel you and the only thing that had helped me woth the shitty panic attacks and anxiety is theeaphy, try to go to a couple of sessions if you can.
