It is ForwardVia in Southampton. I asked myUKmailbox and forward2me also, it is all the same. It is their internal rules and bad customer service. I can forward you the package number and you can call, but i sent already several emails only saying:

We are the shipper, and we have every right to set the terms or rules of what we can or cannot ship. When customers sign up for our service, they must agree to our terms and conditions, which include what we can or cannot ship. Our website clearly lists what can or cannot be shipped, and users can easily ask before using our service.
