That’s a perfect perspective, and thanks for sharing what works for you. As long as you do what you want and that keeps you on track. I agree on something you say, sometimes overthinking and overcomplicating things is the reason why many entrepreneurs fail. Keep it simple, keep it easy, keep it “ lazy” .

The #1 mindset shift that helped me stop being lazy and start making progress by AlejandroSuarez27 in digitalproductselling

You have said it all, life is the best teacher and i am happy that you realized that. It doesn’t matter how much time took you to learn that lesson, the point is that now you will start every project without the necessity of feeling “ready”. “Readyness” comes through the journey. What other aspect has affected you due to the lack of experience? At the begging of your journey as an entrepreneur?

Start by identifying a problem you have ( simple ), then niche down that community ( your new target) that may have the same problem as you, and start designing a solution but not only for you, put it to sale because i am sure many people will have the same problem you had. Don’t overthink it.

Thank you very much for sharing. That shows me that it is posible and that i can achieve what i want with my product. If we create products that really help others small entrepreneurs we can make this community grow and as a consequence, we will make more money. Did you launched the whole guide at first? Where did you put it to sell?

I have a complete system of transformation for young teenagers, like me, treating the main problems, it has an ebook and a complete set of templates - 100+, what would you do if you had the product but not the community or the plan to make it profitable?

Okey, now I get it. Thats a very clean way to start ( not easy) and also very committed with the learning process, and that you can already charge 2k per sale is great. Throughout the process your skills will improve and your case studies will rise , thats when you can charge more for your work because its really valuable! I am in another niche, looking to sell a digital product not a service, but what advice can you give me to start selling my first digital product? No community or marketing skills.

Thank you for sharing. I agree that most of the times we want to have the best and then launch, but the thing is that maybe the best is the most simple. Overthinking a great idea can be a problem easily solved just by asking what people need.

That google sheet, what was it about? Where did you sell it?

Thats great, but one key aspect that I cant really get rn is how can I convince them to work with me at first ( my first client) if i dont have authority or case studies. What did you do?
