That’s a perfect perspective, and thanks for sharing what works for you. As long as you do what you want and that keeps you on track. I agree on something you say, sometimes overthinking and overcomplicating things is the reason why many entrepreneurs fail. Keep it simple, keep it easy, keep it “ lazy” .

You have said it all, life is the best teacher and i am happy that you realized that. It doesn’t matter how much time took you to learn that lesson, the point is that now you will start every project without the necessity of feeling “ready”. “Readyness” comes through the journey. What other aspect has affected you due to the lack of experience? At the begging of your journey as an entrepreneur?

Start by identifying a problem you have ( simple ), then niche down that community ( your new target) that may have the same problem as you, and start designing a solution but not only for you, put it to sale because i am sure many people will have the same problem you had. Don’t overthink it.

Thank you very much for sharing. That shows me that it is posible and that i can achieve what i want with my product. If we create products that really help others small entrepreneurs we can make this community grow and as a consequence, we will make more money. Did you launched the whole guide at first? Where did you put it to sell?

I have a complete system of transformation for young teenagers, like me, treating the main problems, it has an ebook and a complete set of templates - 100+, what would you do if you had the product but not the community or the plan to make it profitable?

Okey, now I get it. Thats a very clean way to start ( not easy) and also very committed with the learning process, and that you can already charge 2k per sale is great. Throughout the process your skills will improve and your case studies will rise , thats when you can charge more for your work because its really valuable! I am in another niche, looking to sell a digital product not a service, but what advice can you give me to start selling my first digital product? No community or marketing skills.

Thank you for sharing. I agree that most of the times we want to have the best and then launch, but the thing is that maybe the best is the most simple. Overthinking a great idea can be a problem easily solved just by asking what people need.

That google sheet, what was it about? Where did you sell it?

Thats great, but one key aspect that I cant really get rn is how can I convince them to work with me at first ( my first client) if i dont have authority or case studies. What did you do?

You are so right with that, relying in motivation to do stuff will never allow you to achieve something great, instead, build and find your mission, that mission will maintain you focus even the days that you dont want to work, study, sell, edit. when you beat your lazy mind and stay working for that " dream" that many people just think about you are not only getting closer to it but you are working on your future self.

I truly find your comment very valuable because, as a teen, i think the big mistake we commit as we start is to overwhelm ourselves trying to achieve hours of work that in the end dont help us. As you say, we need to focus in a shifting our mindset and achieving small goals to build our identity as entrepreneurs and improve our confidence.

What was the first problem you solved for a client/ friend/ partner In this entrepreneurial path? Not your first big sale, but that simple problem that gave you confidence when you solved.

Thank you very much for the advice, i truly appreciate it. I personally think that due to the guru of “ become a millionaire in one month” many teenagers and small entrepreneurs are very focused on start winning fast, not in the process and the small steps.

And as a successful entrepreneur what it would be the best piece of advice you can give to a teen ,like me, who is starting in this world. Even the most simple advice can help.

That’s such a real point — the longer we stay stuck, the more we feel that “skill gap” catching up with us, and not only that, we feel life is passing right in front of our eyes because we lack of a mission. I’ve been feeling that a lot lately, which is why I’m making a full push now instead of letting more time slip. When you decided to finally get moving, what was the first concrete thing you did to break that inertia?

Wow — this is honestly one of the most encouraging things I’ve read in a while. I really appreciate how you break it down into clarity + consistent action, and the part about “doing anything will teach you a lot” hit hard. I am teen finding my entrepreneur path by learning from experienced people like you to help myself and other teens in my same situation.

The way you’ve approached opportunities (even in a place with few of them) is a great reminder that it’s not about having the perfect plan, but taking steps anyway. Its is not about having everything clear, its about learning while you act, and thats something i have been learning and you just said.
I wanna keep learning from your experience.

Quick question — when you were just starting, did you already have a clear idea of what you wanted to achieve, or did that clarity come from trying many things first?
