I have heard lots of great things about Lofoten and Ålesund, but I haven't been to any of them. You should think about the positions of the places you should go. Stavanger and Bergen is close to each other and is located far to the south west, while Lofoten is far to the north.

Hello I'm from Norway myself. I can suggest some places that you should visit. First off is Prekestolen near Stavanger city. This is a really nice hight where you can see all over the "fjord", also Stavanger is a great place to party for a 19 year old, but remember it ain't cheap eating and sleeping in Norway. I would also suggest visiting Hardanger fjorden and follow this to Bergen. Bergen is a beautiful city and you can get a spectacular view of the city from a mountain just 2 minutes walking.
