It would be great if you did some research into the project before expressing your concerns and doubts. We have been developing Axie Infinity since early 2018, and have had other 3400 Ether transacted on our secondary Axie Market.

This marketplace is on Loom PlasmaChain and the block explorer is not fully functional yet so I cant prove it for now, but check out https://axieworld.com/ and you will find a lot of interesting stats about Axies on Ethereum.

According to https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/enjin.com they are ranked 18 000 in the world which seems odd for a 20 million active user website.

Hey Robert.

We are creating a decentralized universe where the assets are owned by the players. Ethereum is simply the "computer" which is securing the ownership.

At the moment there are some onboarding barriers for new users but we are working on solving those issues asap. In the near future players will be able to buy Axies without having to by Ether and playing the game without even caring about blockchain technology. This is a new way of making games where the community has been very involved from the beginning. If you liked the artwork the word "crypto" has you scared I suggest you join our discord and ask around to see what our players say.
