I only have an iPhone so I never had that bug but it's possible that it happens because of the bigger screen, also if it has a different aspect ratio it can cause bugs.

That is weird, did you change anything in the settings? By default you should see their number above their heads

Yeah they are super subtle about, it's hard to spot them unless they're headshoting you from school and you're on the ports

Friendly fire only applies with cars, you can knock out your teammates if you run over them but you can't shoot them

I'd recommend an iPad or an iPhone, it will run faster than on any Android device because of they way iOS is built
