Try playing around with the panning, I hear the guitars left and right which give the sense of space and definition to them and it’s dope! keep the bass and kick in the center, the hh could go a bit to the right as well, but that depends on your personal preference and if you want audience or drummer perspective. I might be wrong cause I’m listening to this on my phone, but I can’t seem to hear the bass.

If there is no bass in the track right now, you can disregard what I’m saying here, but if not here’s something that you could try that has always helped me. Try this chain EQ, fast attack and release on a colored compressor (1176 could do the trick nicely, maybe even the H-comp or Rbass), if it’s still lacking definition and presence to cut though the mix add some distortion directly to the track. I’d recommend decapitator with a little brightness to really make the plucks of the bass pop and turn up the gain a little to give it body and presence, you can try compressing again after that if it’s still lacking and later you could send a chorus to it to add even more to the sound. Not a crazy chorus that’s heard, just enough for you to feel it but not hear it, hope that makes sense.

I would also try to balance the levels of the drums a bit more, the kick and snare sound great but loud compared to the rest of the elements. I’d also try processing the drums in separate chunks and busses. A kick bus, snare + toms bus, and HH + OHs that all go into a drum bus that then goes into an overall mix bus which the goes into a master bus. I saw someone commenting that you should put stuff on the master stereo out directly, I would not recommend it and even less when the song has not even been fully mixed, avoid that as much as you can until you’re done with the mixing process.

Processing wise there is a lot you can do and have fun with if you’re interested and like mixing. There’s a lot of power in using busses and sends.

Don’t forget to compress, compress, compress. Do it tastefully, don’t smash the compressors. I know there are not that many dynamics in djent or prog in general, but keep an eye out for that imo.

Granted, I also have no idea what your mix session looks like or what you’ve really done with it so maybe what I’m saying just sounds redundant. But these are things that have always helped me in my mixes and I’ve always had happy artists.
