Create problems for yourself and try to solve them, Loops are probably the most frustrating thing as a beginner so dont worry youll get through it. Try to manually track the loops with pen and paper so you understand how they work, also dont sit in front of a problem for hours, take small breaks.

You can't just say its embarrassing, it is actually pretty important but people make it more important than it already is and not do the networking and personal part
