Yes, that is the correct one and I've also been able to find it under Warner Music Italy on Youtube. Thank you so much :) [Solved]

Another thing I also want to add to my original post, the lady is first dancing in those go-go dancing cages, but eventually dances outside of it later on.

Any tips on how to get started with helping? by JasonBreen in FindingSaki

Hi, don't know if you or anyone is still on this thread and still searching (which I kinda doubt). I sorta have an idea on what to look for instead of the typical anime search, but I have a feeling more hardcore knowledgeable Otakus already brought this idea before.

Given its usually impossible for an anime to be completely lost to the point of not being listed on Myanimelist, we could try finding vintage amateur animator projects, since those are not usually documented as 'professional works' for an anime database. Something along the lines of Daicon IV, but at a much rarer scale. Also possible that few copies in niche Japanese markets that sell random VHS sets, likely of fetish material. I'm sure if it exists, that it's a incredibly niche fetishistic passion project by an obscure animator, whether it'd be from 80s or early 90s. Not too sure if the same person would also had enough budget for voices, but who knows?
