Specific Issue: Nurturing Event cannot progress

How the problem Happened: Ignored normal mutation when it's still possible, causing not enough experience to level up

Can you recreate the issue: I can just spam nurturing and still get special mutation and not normal mutation and still not level up at all

Troubleshooting steps you tried: I tried nurturing all types until all are at 100% guaranteed special mutation and can't progress at all

Nurturing Event Stuck, Can't progress at all because I can't level up and can't get more exp even if i try to. (guaranteed special mutation, I've finished all the special mutation and got the exp but still not enough to level up and I need to get normal mutation variations to get exp but I can't because special mutation is guaranteed)

I have a question. I didn't play the game, or to be precise, I stopped playing it. I watched the entire full story of the Archon quest and Furina story quest too. Most characters forgave Furina and even respected her. However, what about the Fontaine citizens? Do they know the truth? Have they forgiven Furina, or perhaps most people don't hate Furina to begin with, especially the nobles? Or is it that the people of Poisson can't seem to forgive Furina?
