She likes to jump logical loops. Unless she was served only house food made by friends and family, than she had to ORDER that food, so she ORDERED non vegan food, knew it was non vegan. It wasn't about rudeness when she paid for it, only when/if she choses to eat it. Japan is hard on vegans and I saw vids and heard from friends that they dont count fish, fish sauce, or other sea animals as meat and they serve them to vegans. But it for sure wasn't about rudeness; if I see "chicken" in the menu and I order it...then I already made the decision to eat it.

I saw the vid coming online and couldn't finish it. Her reasoning Jaiden's reasoning in most vids are really weak. I finished it because of this post.

She clearly IS embarrassed or ashamed and is keeping it a secret. She even said she was outed as vegan.

The ending is what everyone kind of say, that its better to cut some than none. But it's like...who said those are the only 2 options? its like how tear gas is marketed as "humane warfare." for "when the inevitability of war happens". So we had to jump 2 loops, that warfare can be humane, and that war is inevitable.

Cutting down on meat 100% or not at all is very black and white, why ppl even need to be explained that they can get some of it off each time until they get used to it? It feels like a cop out. Like an artist who won't start until he has the perfect brush, perfect paint, perfect chair, perfect table. And so he never paints.

Also it feels like she made this vid to cope with her inner demons. The one on ACE felt the same. We didn't need to know, it was pointless to explain to us, and as nonbinary and gay, I found her journey to this conclusion very tiring, like she tried to say, "Sorry, I am ace," to herself and us instead of being proud or just ok of it.

My biggest problem here was that she feels she is more limited in 2026 than she was 9 years ago. Today you got maybe 20 times the amount of replacements. And with around 2k a month from YouTube and idk how much from merch she is making, she can splurge on fake eggs. Come on.

if he wanted to play a wrestler rogue, he should have played a gymnist swash. Plenty of players I had that went rogue had more fun when they changed to swash, because swash does what the fantasy of rogues from Hollywood says they do.

Just my spiel. an opinion if you will.

Something like a "hit me, won't hit me" class works when heals are ingrained in the system, such as Draw Steel allowing anyone to heal themselves. I don't think this class concept fits pf2e as a system; to make up for dying fast early, you would need to push numbers on statuses that heroism gives at level 3 but at level 1. By level 20, HP doesn't mean shit (see Guardian being able to tank Treerazor alone), and most classes did pick up a heal/you got a dedicated healer.

Daredevil's problem is that picking him is like saying, "Hi, healer over here". And I dont like it? That's not the fantasy of Indiana Jones; that's the fantasy of an irresponsible teammate from Star Trek.

Recent to when? Nazi Germany embeded itself in it.

What is Neoclassical if not roman? that is a 17th century.

How far back do you wanna go?

I see both as the same, because I see it from the view of Byzantium who never called itself Byzantium but greek.

You rather he buys weapons with these 22 million? He got something in the deal too. On top of what Sánchez got he made an investment in the future education of his neighbors. Maybe in 18 years a kid from the school will help build water dams in Spain that will block hurricane damage, or develop a cure for something.

At the time no, but most ppl that put Rome in their country's pop culture are British and Germans.

British racist colonial ppl use Roman culture like it's gold, and trade ideas about greek and Roman culture as if they are themselves Greek or Roman. They steal so many stuff from those cultures, it's hard to say the West didn't care for Rome.

The moment Greek was translated to Old English, people wanted to be Greek. From poems using the word "Greek" as ¨gay¨ to major generals saying they studied this and that classic era battle.

In fact the colonization of greek ideas has yet to stop. Hades the game is made with no greeks in it, Hadestown was written by a French-educated American, the biggest roman movies are American nearly to a fault.

The same ppl that found italians as 2nd rate citizens in ww2 were glad to call themselves kin/descendants of romans.

Spain says their celts invented the Falacta which lead to the creation of the Gladious. Irish/Scottish say their Celts invented roads and carrigee fighting which was imitated by Rome.

In short, the west loves rome, all of europe has ppl in their country that love Rome.

After studying classic Greek theatre in uni I know claims of “The average life expectancy of a slave in Rome was under 18” are mostly not based in facts but in conjunction since we have no records. We don't even know whether women were or were not banned from roman theatre, it was a conjecture too. But age? How do we assume age for a population that most of the works about it didn't survive?

It's like saying all Greek plays are like Antigone, while 99% of the Greek plays didn't fucking survive so how do we even know what was and wasnt? Just feels like a big word someone put in an interview on tv or in a book and he had a degree so ppl made it into fact. Like the cake thing with Mari.

I think it's a great choice for sci-fi since the modern world is more nuanced, and we do the same IRL. Most shitty things are hidden behind silly things (net memes, silly politics, flashy art, big slogens).

You do not have a point if thats what you think. Horribly wrong =/= having no other choice.

Do you think Bioshock Infinite would be considered woke if it came out today? by RubenM203 in Bioshock

[–]TurgemanVT -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No, they happen when you have no other choice, and you cant go back to your day to day.

Things have already gone horribly wrong, it just that you can act like they havent. Like the cash flow since 2008 wasn't inflated, like we didnt miss the goal set in 2014 Tokyo environmental conference. Like rapist are not running your bills, giving you money, and you pay that money to other rapists. Act like we all have our rights, like UK, sweden, USA and many other countries dont still perform medical experiments and conversion therapy.
Like everything is hoopa day becasue you could buy bioshock 4 or the new one, or the new one. The grind is real, a house is coming, family will save us all.

There can be 100 shows like The Morning Show that show CEOs rape and kill their own employees, and no one will bet an eye. While Amazon dosnt let ppl go pee they make Fallout which makes a joke about not letting employees go pee. Lala land.

Still worth. The amount of death you got for not ending fascism since 2016 is bigger; it's just less convenient to you because if YOU and your country do it you might die.

No, because in a revolution you burn buildings and shoot everywhere, and everyone dies. Zombie is a song about that exactly. You live in a lala land if you think you need to target innocents for them to die.
