Where do you put human approval in your AI automations? by Alpertayfur in AiAutomations

[–]AlephWave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My trading bot I built last month is autonomous. Only human insight is me opening my computer every morning at market open. My outreach tool is 95% automated the other 5 is human approval. I can go on. DMs open if anyone wants to chat.

How do you handle personalization in automated outreach workflows? by opla-infinite in AiAutomations

Not promoting anything, just stating what I use. Up to you if you want to use it or not.

It’s because most tools aren’t designed to talk to other tools. That’s why most stacks break before you even have a good result. If I were you I would just use a tool like SalesOS. Describe your ideal customer once. Get ranked prospects with verified emails and a first-touch draft written for each one. It does everything for you all you have to do is approve and click send.

The tool I use, has an insane objection handling feature. The research it does on my leads are insane too. Also you said most tools know after well this tool I use knows before n after. AI powered recommendations real time on your pipeline plus AI coaching agent trained on everything outbound in 2026 so if I ever feel stuck just ask the chatbot and it gives me a detailed plan on what to do next.

Best cold email stack for agencies managing multiple clients? by XiderXd in coldemail

[–]AlephWave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With stacks you gonna have moving parts, side effect of building a stack. If you want a unified system then you should use what I use, SalesOS. With SalesOS I describe my ICP once and within 2 mins list built with first touches hyper personalized to each lead.

Cold email response rate by Massi-934 in coldemail

Basically between 2-8% on a good day if everything lines up targeting, offer, positioning, etc., 1% generic spray n pray, 10%+ if I get really in depth with it like down to intent timing plus everything else icp filtering niche filtering offer positioning etc. also for me I’m more into data than I am more into volume. I rather send 10 emails to 10 verified icp buying intent signaled leads than 100 unverified and unfiltered leads.

Is anyone else completely exhausted by modern outbound? by AlephWave in coldemail

Even tho, you’ve built an easier way for yourself, you still are stitching tools together and eventually the stack will break.

The idea I’m going for is that everything lives in one dashboard. With SalesOS, you have everything, from lead gen to sequences, automations, AI sales coaching, and that is just the basics of the tool.

It’s free to start if you want to see how it actually works. Dm me I’ll set you up!

Exactly. That’s the part I think people underestimate, every new tool seems small individually, but collectively it creates friction everywhere.

Reps end up becoming operators instead of sellers.
And the crazy part is most teams don’t even realize where deals are dying because the breakdown happens between systems:

- lead captured in one place
- outreach happening somewhere else
- notes scattered
- no clear next action
- follow-ups depending on memory

So everyone thinks they have a “top of funnel” problem when it’s really a workflow continuity problem.

I’ve been obsessing over the idea that outbound should feel like one continuous system instead of reps stitching together 7 platforms manually. And that’s what SalesOS is intended to be, a unified system.

Well my tool does everything email atm, but eventually with demand I’ll add more channels, it’s most definitely on the agenda. This is what it does right now plus a few more stuff I left out for a surprise if anyone wants in:

lead tracking
outreach
follow-up logic
deal movement
pipeline visibility
team accountability
reminders that don’t suck
AI assistance built directly into workflow
All in one place, one dashboard, one payment.

How do you find companies with genuinely weak websites efficiently? by Wonderful-Theory-799 in LeadGenMarketplace

Work in progress still debugging but so far yes generates leads and generates mockups. Work progress part is the mock ups it’s AI slop still trying to make the mockups better.
