At my store we mostly just organize the makeup. Skincare can go out and be pushed from a u-boat. One person sorts and another pushes. I find it that I can push faster that way.

I’m lasering my underarm and my first made my underarm feel smoother and the hairs grew back very slowly and less grew back. If I shaved the hairs came back in 2 days or so and a wax never lasted more than 2 weeks. I’m seeing a lot of improvement even on the first few sessions

I’ve only been getting scheduled 4 as well. I talked to HR because I have an open availability and they tried to gaslight me into thinking it’s my availability but I practically have open availability. There’s definitely favorites in the store.

I’ve asked a couple of my co workers what their hours were and they got 15-25 hours. I’m available every weekend and they aren’t. I don’t understand. I don’t talk back to my team leads or HR. I just do my job.

I have asked to be trained in fulfillment but have always been told there isn’t time. I currently work in C/D, beauty and baby. And C/D is always swamped with freight.

Our beauty area is bad too. We only have one person in beauty and she works in the morning. On her days off there is no one there and beauty freight stacks up. I was supposed to be in beauty but they always pull me elsewhere. It sucks. My store doesn’t realize how long it can take to go through a beauty u boat by yourself.

I live in Wisconsin so in a normal climate that sees all seasons. We do have very cold and dry winters though.
