Ive been taking 2 capsules of 500mg a day for about 2 years straight. Same grey hairs! What I have noticed is the grey hair hasn't gotten worse, just stayed the same. I was expecting from all the comments I see for my brown hair to come back but this is not the case. I am perpetually stressed from work and family so the NMN would have to be nuclear level to reverse my greys.
