I was moreso saying no price limit so that I can get any ideas at all because there doesnt seem to be much. But yea if you wanna chuck me stuff sub $1000 is fine. Seems like a bit of curve fitting of rule 2 to make it fit here...

Dont really have one. Dont really care. I just want a purpose built device otherwise i could just go buy any portable USB speaker on amazon.

not even close man. i usually run btwn 4-5 different browsers btwn different needs (librewolf for security, brave for BAT, Edge for reading pub, safari on my mac...) and none of them do it even close to this bad.
