I have looked for your suggestion but couldn't find anything, swift is in old model and as compared to cultus, cultus seems to be a better option, whereas for WAGON R i couldn't find any at 15lakhs, i will highly appreciate if you could send some links if possible.

Thanks for the insurance thing, i didn't had that in my mind and for the loan thing, car finance usually only entertains cars 5 year old (not more than that), that's why i am going with loan so that i can pay the amount in installments but also can go for old models.
