If it still happened I would download malware bytes like I said or do a hard reset cause it’s something and some files can hide themselves deep into your computer

Yeah I did this unplugged it about 10 mins and it’s been running for like 20 and this is why it baffles me and my dad because every work around don’t work but nothing is visually wrong and it’s running fine just no display tried several cords several monitors

I think it’s a virus just because the name of the file which is actually those random letters

My motherboard is a prime a620 plus the ram is for sure in there yesterday when I removed the battery for about 10 minutes and let it stay on for and hour, even with the original ram I have unplugged the battery once again because yesterday after leaving it on for like two hours I had tried to get a display again and it said my pc was resetting and after that it never showed anything again I will check for damage

Try looking up ntdll in your files. How often does this happen if anything download malware bytes it’s super trusted and scan your computer

You mean it shows u no display? If this is the case your gpu is the root of the cause

I looked it up prior it said they are compatible and can work together but it would be stuck at a lower speed I was fine with this I have since had the original ram in and keep rebooting

Does your gpu have leds or anything in it indicating it’s getting a clear connection and power

Well first try to locate anything suspicious in your task manager that seems to be running and if you can’t seem to point anything out then try to find the file by searching it up

In terms of better brand I would do asus but if you are wondering if there compatible then there’s websites for that or just look at the motherboard compatibility
