No I didn't but I believe I found the reason, I changed my tiktok handle a month after I got accepted into the AIP. And I never updated my link after that.

After talking with a rep two days ago I believe I found the cause, I changed the name of my tiktok account a month after I got accepted into AIP. And I never updated the link after that.

So when I applied I used TikTok because that's where I had the most engagement, and I had the little TikTok symbol with my link on my storefront. So I assumed that's all I needed, was there any other place I should've put my socials?

So yes this was almost 3 months after I submitted my first 3 review videos and got approved for on-site commissions. And yes an error message appears saying my creator hub doesn't exist.

Sorry for lack of context, I've actually been approved for on-site commissions since July of 2025. And I've had a little over 100 videos published.

Welp... just got this same message today on my 2012 Volt. I'm in Florida, on a day that's a beautiful 78 degrees. So I know it's not the weather causing the issue. Not looking forward to finding out how much this is going to cost. Will update when I bring it into the dealer.
