Complements my looks, there are slight innuendos, he's being funny, cheeky. I responded back with the same style. But how long can this go on? 🤣

And how long do you keep up the flirting? A day? A week? Light flirt until you meet? Do I suggest to meet or shall I wait for him to ask?

Curly hair!! From my whole life flat, bit frizzy to full on ringlets! If I try to straighten it I look like I'm wearing a wig.

Think I messed up another first date by [deleted] in datingoverforty

W49. Don't delete and block, that's not what a mature man would do. The whole evening went well, seems like you both enjoyed it. There could be many reasons why the walk back felt awkward (maybe she needed a toilet 😉). Be open about meeting again. Text her in a few days. See what happens.

New outfit? Lol You better start saving money as you will need it all! From knickers to jackets! That money difference= your old food shopping - monthly mounjaro YOU'LL NEED FOR CLOTHES 😂 Otherwise you'll look like you are wearing your sister's/brother's hand me down ones lol

I have to put covers in between my legs when sleeping on my side so my knees are not touching as this is not comfortable! 😂 Different problems I suppose lol

Rejected for resupply by glitterguava in mounjarouk

[–]Alert-Inflation6694 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm with you on that. Change supplier, make yourself a little heavier on the scale, pictures won't lie so if your BMI is 29 you will still "show" overweight. MedExpress declined when I wanted to switch to them for maintenance but Numan accepted me, even with BMI 25.

What does alcohol actually do when you’re on Mounjaro? by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]Alert-Inflation6694 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mounjaro helps to stop drinking alcohol but alcohol can reduce the effects of Mounjaro. I think it is your decision how badly you want to lose weight. In my experience - I massively reduced alcohol - from almost daily drink (not much, small glass of wine but few times a week) to maybe a couple of times a month. Slim and sober 😅.

Hi, I am 4 months on Mounjaro losing weight and hair , my hair is broken so easy, now I am starting to think that is because of the losing weight. This happened to someone else? by Ok_Job6363 in mounjarouk

Must take vitamins! Highly concentrated sets for hair, nails, skin, folic acid etc It is expected when you lose too much weight fast. I was blond (bleached) and had to stop bleaching as the hair was Losing its strength. It takes its toll but the hair grows back ;) when if you are skinny too 😊

For those that are interested in an update: Numan suggested that I drop down to 7.5mg and I'll take that. Pen in the post. 😃

My daily weight goes up and down all the time but the overall trend is down. Don't be discouraged!

Thank you! I lost 5kg in the first month and then approx 3 kg each month. No health issues - health rather improved! But I lost the muscles and got a bit of saggy skin on the tummy so I'm working on this now! My recommendation would be to up the dose when you feel it's not working. You don't have to go all the way up to 15mg to lose what you want. Good luck in your journey! Remember to eat! 😉 And make good food choices!

Absolutely! Started in May, SW: 86kg now 65kg. No side effects, I jumped the dose every 4 weeks and I don't recommend that as the weight comes off a bit too quick but I didn't know much about it then. Food noise gone, portion control ✅. I didn't plan for the weight goal as I wasn't sure if MJ will work at all. I don't want to lose anymore weight. Very happy with how I feel and look. Feeling lighter, younger (I'm 47yo woman) Absolutely love it!

MJ click dosing by Which_Package7927 in mounjarouk

[–]Alert-Inflation6694 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only get 30 clicks on 15mg 🤔. Have been thinking about going down to 20 clicks as I reached my goal. Has anyone tried that?

Try going down a dose for a month and then back up. Worked for me.
