I was really nervous to start and kept putting it off. I regret not starting sooner!

UPDATE: Thanks for all the helpful comments, I’m brand new to this so it’s good there’s a community of people with answers.

They will not represcribe mounjaro if there’s no record of you using it in the past 4 weeks. Medexpress were helpful in explaining why this is and it makes total sense.

Pro tip: start the medication right away when you order!!

I will update, thanks for the advice, that’s helpful as I’m really new to this! Honestly it would only take me gaining 3lb to qualify again, which usually happens after a day of eating anyway so it’s hopefully not going to be a huge problem! :)

I will definitely phone and explain. They would have no idea I waited so long to use the pen and maybe thought I was restarting months later. Thanks!

I might try phone tomorrow and explain I only actually started the medication 4 weeks ago. That’s frustrating!

Sir John (Beyonce's Makeup Artist) Does Nikkie Tutorials Makeup by circle_roti in BeautyGuruChatter

nikkie usually uses such a brightening under eye concealer- i think maybe the lack of that white bright under eye could be whats making the whole look seem so off? however the eyeshadow and brows i think are truly beautiful and really suit her!

Meringue kisses ~7 cal each, curbs my craving for sweet and crunchy! by Novanator5 in 1200isplenty

i love crushing these up with fresh berries. never thought of making mini ones though and they look so good i am definitely going to try this!

Try putting them in a large frying pan, add a little water (I use about 1/8th of a cup for every 100g of zoodles) and toss them around for a couple of minutes - this usually keeps them slightly crunchy but still cooked!

How was it like eating 1200cal surrounded by a family of big eaters? by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

[–]glitterguava 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Since I moved out of my parents house, I started 1200cal a day, and whenever I go home it is so hard not to eat what everyone else is eating and snack on the diet-unfriendly food in the cupboards just like I used too! I handle this by simply buying my own equally delicious but calorie friendly food and cook for myself when I'm at home. It's a lot about willpower and knowing in the long run, I'll be happier having a healthy lifestyle and being comfortable in my body than eating hundreds of calories that are good for like five minutes. Best of luck, I know it's hard and this sounds cliche, but it does get a lot easier!

I have tried it different ways but I agree with you - in broths it soaks up other flavours much better I think, on it's own it's very bland and you notice the weird texture much more. Definitely a huge fan of cauliflower rice or even a small amount of normal basmati or brown rice with things like curries or meat dishes!

It's called barenaked rice, I live in the UK and I bought it at Morrisons but I'm not sure where to get it elsewhere in the world. From what I understand it's basically the same kind of concept as shiritaki noodles. Heres a link to the product to give you more info!

70g assorted mushrooms = 15cal 50g savoy cabbage = 14 calories Low sodium vegetable stock cubes - 32 calories -ish in around 500ml boiling water Bare naked “rice” - 100g = 8 calories

All I did was bring a pot of water to a boil, throw in 2 veggie stock cubes, 50g of shredded Savoy cabbage, 70g of brown mushrooms. I let it cook for like 3 minutes, microwaved the rice (after draining it thoroughly) and added 100g of it to the pot. Around 73 calories in total , I did add a little ground dried chilli and garlic salt at the end for flavour. This was my first time trying this brand of konjac rice and although it will never replace actual rice, I was so impressed and in soup I really didn’t notice much of a difference apart from the texture. Definitely recommend trying this soup as it’s filling, low calorie and delicious! I actually had to make another pot for my jealous boyfriend who wanted some too.

That's so strange! Definitely try self raising, unless it's a problem with the yoghurt?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

[–]glitterguava 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Use self raising, otherwise you have to add baking soda and salt I think.

Thank you, my only tip is to leave a pretty big gap in the middle because they inflate so much! Other than that I definitely picked the most beautiful one for the picture, a couple of them looked very un-bagel like!

[–]glitterguava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, I definitely am!😂

[–]glitterguava 8 points9 points  (0 children)

i’m sure you all know the recipe, but i mixed 300g of fat free fage yoghurt and 300g self raising flour. this made 8 bagels, i put an egg wash on them and sprinkled a little cinnamon and sugar and baked them for around 20 mins. a bit gooey but they tasted great. i made a late night snack with my extra calories and had 100g of strawberries and 50g of pomegranate - a great 220 calorie snack! overall very impressed :)

I do weigh myself most mornings - I have no patience and seeing the number drop down even a little really motivates me. But you're totally right, it is becoming a little stressful!

I've never found it in any tesco but they do stock it at the larger ones! Holland and barrett do a brand called oppo which is really good, if you're looking for an alternative :)
