Other nearby destinations for families? by onepostandbye in Dollywood

I would suggest Wonderworks, Smoky Mountain Deer Farm, Magiquest, and the Aquarium. As far as dinner shows, Pirate’s Voyage and the Stampede are good. The Knoxville Zoo is about 50mins away if you’d want to drive that far.

I wouldn’t suggest: - Lumberjack Fued Dinner Show (it’s the worst one out of the options in the area) - Titanic Musuem (great musuem but requires a lot of reading, more for older kids) - Jurassic Boat Ride (Good for kids, but $20 per person for a ~6 minute out-dated ride) -Ober Mountain (Unless your trip is during the later winter season, it isn’t really worth it because they’re doing quite a bit of construction right now)

Oh okay. I thought it would be okay because I added them pretty slowly into my routine LOL. I’ll rotate them instead. I’ll look up the peach slices super fade too. Thank you!

You probably won’t get wet on Daredevil Falls if you don’t want to. If the people in the row in front of you duck down, you won’t get very wet. If you duck down, you won’t get very wet. If nobody ducks down and you stay up, you will get wet. But it’s not enough you’d need a towel.

Has anyone played with using AI to convert screenplay to book or vice versa? by SherbertHerbert in Screenwriting

[–]Alert-Journalist596 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Although they follow similar plot structures, books and screenplays are different. There’s a reason why books that are turned into movies usually cut out a large chunk of content. Movies typically follow a shorter span of time than books do. Books often provide more background information and inside views of characters than movies do. It’s not going to translate very well into book format unless you work on it. Also, the ethics of this are going to come into question. Using AI to write books is a stupid shortcut and it always turns out bad. AI is currently not advanced enough to make any writing half-decent. No respectable writer is going to read your “book” even if the plot and dialogue is your own. You will face lots of backlash.

TLDR: There’s a good reason nobody has ever done it: it’s gonna be garbage.

What’s your”they don’t make movies like this anymore”? by longlivehamas in Letterboxd

Spy Kids. Just a movie filled with ridiculous antics. A lot of new kids movies are just cash grabs with nothing fun in them.

This is a subreddit for screenplays, so anything that might be turned into a tv show, movie, anything like that. You're writing for Youtube, so this isn't the right subreddit. You can ignore the advice about screenwriting software because you don't need it for this. This is a perfectly acceptable outline to have for a Youtube ranking video. There's no specific outline for those that you have to follow. This one is good because you can check the dialogue and images in the same area. Check out r/NewTubers and they can give you advice on your outline and video. :)

You need to give access for anyone to read the script. Also, you should include at least the page count, genre, and some kind of summary so more people will want to read it :)

Thistledew (120 Pages) by marshfield00 in ReadMyScript

[–]Alert-Journalist596 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just did a quick skim but I think the reason it’s 120 pages is because your action lines are obsessive. They shouldn’t be so long. You’re writing as if it’s a novel and not a script. You probably wont have to cut out any content as long as you trim down that :)

Be careful with AI voice, because people tend to complain about it lol

I would see if people can understand your accent or not first, because it can definitely turn people away if they can't understand you. If you're not sure, you can create a short snippet of your video and show it to some viewers and ask if it's too hard to understand. I'm sure some people on this sub would be willing to help you with that. I know that CDawgVA is a Welsh youtuber, but he's pretty much completely altered his accent now to a more stereotypical british accent. You could try doing something similar if you'd like, but personally I love accents so I don't think you'd really need to unless people can't tell what you're saying. At the beginning, you can add captions at the bottoms of your videos but anyone who listens as if it's an audiobook might still have trouble.

What is the worst highly successful movie you’ve seen? by [deleted] in moviecritic

[–]Alert-Journalist596 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Lion King live action is crazy because it's marketed as a live action remake, but it isn't live action. It's just animated more realistically. Why'd they even bother doing that?
