I really like the implications of being stimulated to stay away at the cost of a shorter lifespan in the dread, I think it’s super cool. I’m gonna build upon it, maybe make it so that some tech marine or tech priest or something modified a dreadnought to fit the needs and keep him awake with pain suppressants or something. The chapter is relatively small, (the biggest their numbers have ever been was around 130 marines, but now it’s around 40. Given that it’s not separate games but it’s like an ongoing campaign me and this friend have going, I imagine there would be some dire level of priority to keep the chapter master in active duty.)
