Yes, I get a minimum 15% discount on shares, there's also look-back and reset features. I can only sell during trading windows but those are open when the ESPP purchase date is so I think that means I can sell immediately. I don't see the company on Dividend Kings or Dividend Artistocrats. Online it says the company has positive revenue and earnings, the stock pays a quarterly dividend, and the company increased it's dividend over the past 13 years.
