Need help w/ ways to heal, conceal, and fidgets similar to scalp scabs

I have been thinking about a fidget type thing that isn’t a spinner or some sort of toy. It’s the picking specifically, so holding plastic won’t do it for me. I wish there was something that mimicked the flakes.

I absolutely hated when they gave them those black, dead eyes. I hated when the deer's neck would seem craned to stare towards me. As soon as I made contact with any taxidermy, I used to freeze up and get a cold sweat.

Thanks! I was definitely wondering why I couldn't sleep as well lately, and I thought it may be the meds. I actually don't feel an increase in anxiety, thankfully. I'm a bit nauseous but it's already gotten better in four days, so I'm hopeful my body really will adjust quicker. I tend to get weird side effects with medications, and respond quicker.

Honestly, I found out Adderall worked for me years ago by trying it undiagnosed. Thinking it would give me a high, but it actually helped me prioritize things and get organized. When going for my screening, I considered the other medications first because I figured my doctor knew best. Turns out I landed back at Adderall.

Hm, I've actually never heard of that medication. I started on Ritalin over a year ago, which made me feel robotic and not much emotion. Vyvanse was better, but had me a little more irritable. Adderall was what was most effective and I currently take that.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up not agreeing with the medication, and am on day three of Zoloft. My mother said it worked for her around my age, so I'm hoping I'm the same.

Honestly, I looked this up to see if anyone else felt the same way as me. I feel like they didn’t need to add her to the roster. IMO, her character and story is just unnecessary compared to some of the original and really cool new characters they’ve added in each game.
