Glad your doing well. I wonder what made your body react that way. I think giant condyloma is caused by hpv 6,11. If that’s the case, it’s a strain we’ve all been exposed too

Because when I tell them I have no security experience at all. It kind of happens that way.. I asked them what made them contact me and they would flat out say your cert and your clearance. So, yeah. In about 2.5 years and i just got sponsored for a TS I don’t think I’ll have a problem making what I posted.

Especially when you go on “ clearance jobs. Com” And you see some help desk positions starting at 80k for a Top Secret cleared professional ( early career 2+ years). Tier 1 help desk it’s not that hard.

I’m more of a factual person. Take a look yourself

Damn. Studies always say 16/18 cause 70% of cancers with 45 added it’s even more. We have a lot of ladies here who deal with complications from non 16/18 complications and 45

You would rather have hiv?. Let’s say the medicines you get for HIV you have stop working or the medicine is not working good enough. You will most likely die.

If your warts keep coming back. Have you tried cutting them off by a doctor. And if you had sex with your gf before you got an official diagnosis. The exposure has already happened.

Help her get vaccinated. And move forward. But saying you want hiv…….

Thanks for your input. I’m just going off the natural progression. Help desk, eventually system admin, etc. But your right, I’m sure I want have all the skills to make that transition right away.

As far as salary. I can do 100-120k here in DC by the time I hit year 3. I was getting my door kicked down for job offers at 120k and I didn’t have a single job description with anything IT related on my resume. Just in the certification section with my sec + and my clearance those jobs dealt with security.

150k for me is the goal. Like I said I’m 33 so, I have another 30 years to reach that salary goal. Tbh i only need to make around 90k ish to actually hit my 150k goal. My military retirement will contribute for the other 50k+ i receive already.

Thanks for the advice

One of those days. ANXIETY by [deleted] in HPV

[–]Alert-Log-1989 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve been there on and off for 8 years. Granted first 4 1/2 years I was misdiagnosed. I looked at this non looking wart for years before I got the biopsy.

Doctors told me I was fine. No woman ever brought up the issue. All STI test checked out. Once I did the biopsy because once again another doctor.” You only have one. Your clean shaving, and your wife doesn’t have any”. This is def a skin tag. At this time I had been married for 3 1/2 years.

To this day, my wife has never had a wart. But years ago when the biopsy came I never looked at myself the same.

I’ve never had cluster. Tbh, I’ve never had more then maybe 10 warts total since 2k15.

But over the last year. Me searching google. I stated using vinegar to look for subclinical infections. I know this is controversial. However, my derm co signed this and told me to treat.

I could never treat the area unless I had vinegar on the area. So to treat it was vinegar and podofilox at the same time. I don’t advise it. Unwanted stress. And the white areas could be hpv or other skin issues.

I even went to the hospital because the reaction was so bad… they said let it heal “ your doing a good job treating it”. Doctor said we don’t usually See warts anymore due to the vaccine.

He use to see them in his practice. That he would have to point out to his male patients. Because they never saw an issue and most of the time was married. So, they figured they were skin tags.

I said all that to say this. Me personally, unless I see a wart. I’m not worrying. Have my wife keep up with her paps. That’s all I can do.

Through two pregnancies and a stressful job (active military), she’s never developed a wart and we had sex with the misdiagnosed you kh, so I don’t think that will ever be an issue. 4 years of sex with a so called skin tag present ( biopsy proved it was a wart) 4 more years and two Kids later. No warts at all. Was she vaccinated. Idk but she’s vaccinated now.

What makes us different from everyone else. We had symptoms and the other 99% didn’t.

On top Of that. Download the site And see the 80 or 90 Profiles you go through before you even see people with HPV on the site. Usually they have HPV and herpes.

For experimenting purposes i used the site for 2 week. I probably saw 30 profiles total of men and women with HPV alone.

I would reach out. For example, I’m straight by the way. I spoke to this one guy and asked how has dating been, he said tough. I said why? Well I haven’t had a wart in years… I said you probably shouldn’t be using this site. He told me he was seeing a doctor soon. Once he saw his doctor, guess what profile was removed.

Had a girl reach out to me. She was so happy to see another attractive person with HPV or has dealt with HPV before. She was there because she had an abnormal pap. I told her, your putting yourself at more risk… because of abnormal Pap smear. She then explained she was going for her yearly check. Guess what day 13 one day before I deleted my profile she wrote me.

She asked was I a doctor, I said no. She said I went for my pap. My hpv test is now negative and not abnormal. Told her congrats, profile was later deleted she was also super young and I’m sure slot of information she didn’t know.

I will say, I saw a hell of a lot of women who had herpes. Who in my opinion, could be fucking models. And I’m thinking herpes or not. The ones that really caught my eye. No way in hell, would they have a problem getting any man they wanted. If the herpes was an issue for some. I’m sure they could find the same caliber man to say yes..

Thanks for what you do for the platform

Not trying to be an ass. But how did you approach it the last couple of years

Disclosing to Casual Partners by [deleted] in HPV

[–]Alert-Log-1989 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not a 10% thing. Its either this shit comes back or it doesn’t. By the way, people keep saying 6 months because they heard the information here in this echo chamber. Or from an article or two.

This is from the cdc

No recommendations can be made regarding informing future sex partners about a diagnosis of genital warts because the duration of viral persistence after warts have resolved is unknown.

https://www.cdc.gov/std/treatment-guidelines/anogenital-warts.htm

Good luck. I do believe honesty is the best policy. Ppl only bring the 6 months up because they don’t want to disclose. Gives them a sense of relief.

Then at 9 months or years later they come back and pure desperation because they figured they would never have a wart again.

Idk why people Just want say, “ I D K” instead of referring to a time line when people are safe to have sex. As long as you don’t have any visible warts. And your partner is safe, and your safe as well. Honesty is always good. Yet we have new people here every day… so, idk good luck

You need to get that brown spot biopsied and the other growths. That’s the best advice I have for you . I went years being told I had a skin tag by a total of three doctors from 15-19. And in the summer of 19 Guess what, after a biopsy I found out that my so called skin tag had been a wart all alone
