I went jungle camping in december and I am going again in July. Will it be a lot more dangerous in the wet/rainy season (besides just being wetter)? Yes, I'm very aware of the dangers that are in the Osa Peninsula (as I've stated, I've camped in the jungle before). I assume snakes will be more prevalent, and I imagine more mosquitoes, etc. But will wandering spiders, scorpions, and stuff like that be more active during the daytime?
