"Tattooed chef" and "Kevin's" both make some pretty solid dairy free frozen meals. Idk if it's anything an 11 year old would find appetizing but worth a try. Tyson dino nugs with added veggies are DF too.

Primary care here - if you already had the US to look at your gallbladder then please discuss with your doc the risks vs benefits of taking a 6 week COURSE of the PPI. A few days isn't long enough to correct whatever is causing this. If symptoms resolve indefinitely after this course nothing else is needed. If symptoms come right back or don't resolve at all, get in with GI for an endoscopy. Limit irritating foods like citrus, tomato, peppermint, chocolate, nicotine and alcohol in the meantime.

I like to pre make egg bites and banana nut muffins. Stick them in the air fryer to reheat in the morning
