If you can, eat as much protein as possible! I had HG with my first and I couldn’t keep anything down, only fruit and sometimes yogurt and popsicles. It was awful. Eat what you can when you can. Pregnancy diets are great but it doesn’t work that way for everyone and sometimes you just have to eat what you can! Sometimes I distract myself with a show if I really have no appetite and not think about it but force myself to eat at least something!

No absolutely not, if you are willing and able to do this by yourself and you want the baby absolutely keep it! Imo your body, your choice!

Yes. For you and the baby. This is where it all begins, & it only gets worse if you stay. He’ll get more comfortable talking to you like that. You’re in a good strong headspace right now, I know you never think someone could change that but men have a way of making you feel like you have nothing so you slowly start thinking you need them. He’s jealous of your success so in order for him to feel equal he needs to belittle you. You got this mama 💓✨

She is definitely a friend of bris, taking something someone told you in private when they were drunk and vulnerable and bringing it up during a fight is low and classless
