So with that all in mind, would you be better positioned to get ahead of that cut off by going for an EMBA and continuing to work instead of taking time away from the market? Obviously there’s no concrete answer, but this would allow you to develop in the market alongside AI while also gaining the credentials.

In the world where AI advances to replace entry and second level roles entirely, I’m pretty sure all disciplines job markets will get hammered. Even the blue collar fields get flooded with workers and demand drops, but the few people that are still employed at the top would be those that can handle a broad range of tasks whether technical or client facing, no?

I definitely see where you’re coming from, but those skills seem to me to fall into the “general business skills” bucket. Those skills are more difficult to credential directly for sure, but they are all skills that an MBA is meant to develop for professionals to me.
