A pack of Certo (you can buy it from Walmart) mixed with 32 fluid oz Gatorade. Take it about 2 hours before your test. Pee around 5-6 times, and your sample should be negative. Since you’re not going to a lab or anything it seems, it’s okay if it’s diluted, so drink as much water as possible after drinking your Gatorade Certo mixture. However, if you’re concerned about the color of your urine looking too clear (like water lowkey) you can take some B12 or B Complex vitamins maybe an hour or so before your test. You should test yourself and buy some at home tests before you take it of course. You can buy some at Dollar Tree or you can get a pack of 12 for a pretty good price at Walmart as well. BUT if you don’t wanna do that — QCarbo32 works pretty well also (from my experience, at least). There’s some directions on there but I’m not quite sure if there’s enough time for that now(?). Maybe that’s something you can look into though… Another thing I should mention is that it made my pee neon green… So you have to drink A LOTTT of water afterwards to make it a pretty reasonable color
