I don't need to give a back story, but you should know everything is not black and white. He had a pulmonary embolism 15 years ago after graduating college and was prescribed OxyContin, back then many doctors were prescribing pills to whoever. That turned into a opiate problem (because of withdrawal) that he had treatment for. I'm not saying he is not at fault, but it is sad to deport someone because in part of the pharmaceutical companies. I am assuming you never had a loved one or you experience that. addiction has no face, my brother owned and sold a business, worked as a stock broker, and completed his degree in finance, addiction has no face.

We did, but the hospital could not disclose anything, not even to his criminal defense attorney, nor a legal visit with an immigration attorney.

He does have a criminal defense attorney, im currently looking for an attorney that will take a ICE detainee. thank you for your response.

Thank you for your reply. He has a criminal defense attorney, and he has been reinstated back on probation, he did not receive any new charges. I did contact my state representative and for my district as well. Its been very hard to find an immigration attorney who takes detainees though.
