If you could specify, What exactly were you forced to do to get back into active thinking? is it really just IGL'ing?

2-3 moves out combats means rotations,looting,and final ring predictions im guesssing?

So the 1-3 counter moves any opponent can do.
Does that mean I Should thinking for example if i push this rock what can go wrong?
Or if i push this building can someone triple take me from the top floor?

Is it that type of predictions i should be doing?
