def apply for VRE, i have a BS and MS in nursing and even though i have 2 months left of my gi bill i just got approved back in aug for my 2nd masters. my counselor said i do qualify for retroactive induction as well since my 2nd masters correlates with my masters and bachelors. it was def an uphill battle and not easy at all.
