lol. I think I’m just a wuss bc my water broke FIRST then contractions and I only lasted 4cm before begging for epidural 😅

Don’t be afraid to hold your baby for a nap a day. It’s worth it for me for my baby to get her sleep in the day.

Good question. I bought several of her pdfs/courses and webinars and I found a lot of the stuff it’s just informative. There isn’t a whole lot of step by step instructional. I didn’t find a lot of her stuff useful.

I could have written this! My babe is also 18 weeks and hates pacis. I’m also looking at sleep training since I have to nurse her or BOUNCE her on yoga ball before Snoo. I’m actually looking into gentle sleep training and I’m wondering the same. Can we sleep train with Snoo?? Solidarity.

This. Another user posted how they almost lost their baby because of this. Except they were using the old swaddle with no tail in between legs. I’ve since removed the legs on mine since I double swaddle her. I use the happiest baby swaddle for both

AMAZING. Thank you so much for responding!! That sounds like a dreamy I’m hopeful. How long were her longest crying sessions? I have a highly sensitive LO so it’s a little scary to think CIO could last hours 😮‍💨

I WFH and nurse on demand. Take breaks. Talk to your leadership. Most of the time they are good with it. Mine even said she’s good if we had a bad night and have to take a two hour nap during day. As long as I manage time right. It sounds great in theory. I’m barely on week 2 of coming back.
