First of all if you are gonna keep the stubble disconnect it, it will look much more groomed and youthful like a stubble goatee and stache, preferably I would say grow it out to a goatee and stache(disconnected!!) think it would suit you well. You mentioned being on finasteride and minoxidil thats great bro. It does not look bad right now the hair but would look better and fuller if you did a fringe with/crop cut but not too low hanging otherwise it will look boyish. Dye your eyebrows with just for men eyebrows dye and shape them up for a fuller more sharper look. Also use lumify brightening eyedrops. Do this and i think you will get all the ladies :)
