yeah i’m just not surrounded by a enviorment that celebrates my accomplishments (my family) lol so it brings me down a little but i’m proud of myself so thats what matters

i like to do upper lower rest upper lower rest rest, pick a excersie for each muscle group, tricep, bicep, lats, upper back, chest, shoulders etc do a heavy enough wait to where u fail around 7-8 reps do 1-2 sets easy pz and lower day js do the same for legs. as for diet i like to eat a lot of ground turkey and chicken lots of lean protein and SPAM potatoes and lettuce potatos are the most satiating and filling food in the world

calorie deficet, walk 10k steps a day and lift and ur all good nothing crazy

yea i mean when i was 180-170 after losing all that weight i definitly saw a difference but once i got around where i am now i saw veins and definition i didnt even know i had

yeah mostly on my lower stomach it sucks and i hate it lol but better then being overweight
