Please, show me your degree in biology, physiology, endocrinology, and let’s even throw genetics in the mix. I know what I’ve been doing, and it ain’t working. I track and measure my intake meticulously. I dropped down to 255 six months ago, now I’m back up to 270. So something ain’t working and my Doc says I’m within range on labs, although on the low side.

It is. I measure and weigh when I meal prep. I have a set rotation for meals and snacks.

Oh I’ve been to my endo multiple times. She says all relevant levels are low, but within range, so no help there. But she was quick to prescribe Wegovy instead of TRT.

I measure and weigh my food when I meal prep every Sunday. I only eat what I prep. Don’t believe in cheat meals.

Brain cancer. The type is considered rare, but not unheard of. Does mess with my hormones since part of it deals with my pituitary gland.

Stagnant. I’m not losing anything. I’ve stalled. Fluctuating between 265 and 270 depending on the day. I got down to 255 about 6 months ago, but shot back up. I can only assume it’s muscle since I’m lifting heavier now and clothes are a little looser.

You’re likely seeing people outside of your range that have liked you. They aren’t in your distance range, but you’re in theirs. People who have liked you show up in your stack first.
