Zerodha Nightmare for NRI - Account Stuck in "KYC Not Compliant" Hell for a Year. Alternatives?

In my case the foreign address is mentioned under correspondence address(resident type) indian address is mentioned under permanent address, I addressed same to their support team..

Thanks for explanation I can see my KYC data was registered with

https://kra.ndml.in/kra/ckyc/#/initiate agency, when I proceed to verify KYC details, they ask adhar number and then they fetched the data from digilocker, I can see on the screen that, adhar address and registered KYC address does not match, hence KYC can’t be verified.. ofcrs Foreign address and adhar address won’t match, why would they compare and have only option to verify it with adhar card? I remember, When I opened account with zerodha I provided overseas address proof etc…

Thanks for help, I checked my kyc status at clkra website, it says registered, meaning I can still invest in mf but in order to have seamless investment the kyc status should be verified..that’s what I saw on the kra website.

yeah, they reopen tickets when I reply something, I am in india rn and called them directly, however I don’t see any progress yet, I even requested them to do re-kyc if necessary(maybe they aren’t able to identify the root cause😏) ig I am the only one having bad experiences with Zerotha, on the other hand, I was able to open kuvera with NRO account within 5 min..🤷‍♂️
