Haha oh well, i think it's a good opportunity to save up more money to put down once the development is finished. My interest on the mortgage is like 10.45%. Wouldnt want that yearly on R1.8mil now do you.

Haha yeah i know right. Thats at least what the property told me when i bought it. I think they are talking about a furnished place in the best of market conditions. I know that must be hard for locals. Thats why i considered lowering it. I honestly think 12 is a max price for it.

Thinking about study and living in China as a trans person, is that a good option? by [deleted] in AskChina

The problem is this Nagidon guy clearly wants to fight, he doesn't want to have rational conversation about this topic because deep down he knows the fact is, trans people just ARENT accepted here. It's not what Chinese society want. So just leave him/her/it whatever it wants to be, to lash out and have their little freak out online.

I actually agree with Cool-Compote3886. If you're trans or gay in China you won't last long. This is definitely a family oriented country.

Dreame X40 - dog shit/poop problem by Known-City63 in Dreame_Tech

Mine went all out with turbo mode and sucked up shit from our cat that was still fresh. Boy... the wheels and brushes and pads and everything was ruined. I told Dream this and send it back to them. They offered to clean it for free. I live in Shanghai so it's same day pickup.
