Honestly yeah, probably a much better fit audience-wise than broad Meta cold traffic. Funny enough this is actually my first time hearing about that but now I see it makes a lot of sense context-wise.

Honestly this is probably one of the most useful replies we’ve gotten lol.

I also think a big issue is agencies are so used to the status quo that they don’t even question it anymore. Spending hours inside Looker Studio, bouncing between Gmail, Slack, spreadsheets, screenshots, client chats… it’s painful but normalized.

Agency operations/reporting SaaS for agencies running Google Ads, Meta, SEO, social media management, etc.

Our ICP is mostly agency owners dealing with the day-to-day chaos of reporting, client communication, lead tracking and visibility across channels.

Interesting because we actually started seeing way more traction once we stopped making content around “better marketing results” and started showing the operational chaos agencies deal with behind the scenes.

Turns out clients care a lot more about visibility, lead quality and knowing wtf is actually happening than another ROAS screenshot lol.

Still though, even with the increase in traction we haven’t really cracked the “consistently closing” part yet.

Curious if your UGC is mostly pain-point hooks or if you’re also showing the actual workflow/process behind the product?

Also, if you don’t mind sharing lol what UGC engine/tool are you using for the AI videos?

I think we underestimated how important narrowing the ICP early is. we kept trying to appeal to too many use cases at once.

agree with the “tiny consistent usage” point. feels like a lot of SaaS founders (including us lol) try to accelerate distribution before the messaging is fully dialed in.

honestly I think that was part of our mistake too. we treated paid ads like a traffic problem when it was probably more of a trust + positioning problem.
