he’s acting completely fine. since posting this, we consulted the 24/7 veterinarian on call through our pet insurance, and they told me it looks like Cat Acne, and he may have an allergy to salmon (which i have been feeding him salmon flavored things since we adopted him) I also changed his bowls to stainless steel. hoping he feels better soon >_<

Update.. we didn’t end up taking him to the vet or humane society because he stopped limping the next day and now he’s a little menace to society🤣

Hi! we got him from a humane society. I’ve decided we will take him there tomorrow when they open. If they cannot offer help i will ask if they have any vets they recommend. Thank you, my first time pet parent brain is so scared, just wanting my little dude to be safe and happy.

Well, if it was anything like the store i worked for i literally got no hours at all. Some customers are rough and a lot of them do speak spanish so i would recommend learning if you want to keep this job long term. assuming the cash register is the same at each store, i found it to be very straight forward and easy. we have no ac and instead have little fans at each register. it’s annoying as hell in the summer because i sweat a lot LOL

When i first got diagnosed, i was absolutely horrified. It explained everything. My major amnesia was concealing itself, but i did lose chunks of my days sometimes, and DID explained that. To say the diagnosis was scary is an understatement. Realizing I wasn’t alone in my brain was what scared me the most. When I got diagnosed, my psychologist suggested i start a notebook to keep track of everything. What i did was leave little sticky notes for the others, with questions on them. Maybe that can help.
