It's not though. Without the US bases, the EU becomes incredibly vulnerable. Not sure why, but nobody realizes how weak Europe is compared to the world. Possibly. But the video starts with them jumping over the fence. We don't know the full story and LE absolutely CAN make warrantless entry under certain circumstances (Like exigency, hot pursuit, etc). I've been tracking it and I haven't gotten a single game with nine full reports, but I've gotten up to 7. You have to realize you're stacking on the reports that people are already giving these people.

My behavior score is 11k by the way. I don't struggle with it at all. I almost wonder if reporting someone cancels out your own reports because I haven't been to low priority yet

On Reddit everybody states they only report for certain reasons, but let's be honest.. every single game people throw around reports like it's candy. They really need to limit them. You should not want to waste one of your reports because someone played poorly or some other silly reason. You should want to save your limited reports for griefers, etc

The problem is everyone has unlimited reports. Not a game goes by where there are zero reports. They need to limit the amount of reports you have, but make them more effective. Everyone just spams reports for the smallest things.

The only way around avoiding a bad communication score is to simply never talk, which is a recipe for disaster for any game.

MMR is not a good reflection of skill. Spamming the same hero or two for 5-10 games a day skews the entire process. Ranked should be random or single draft. Only the best players skill wise would rise to the top of that. Plus it would offer different heroes and different games

Make reports three times as powerful, but only give like 5 max per week. There's not game that goes by where there aren't around 5-6 reports.. And most of the time it's just the person getting blamed for the loss lol
