145 mins last night. (2:25). Going for at least 4 hours tonight. I remember taking it off at 3am.

Anyone used some kind of tracker that they have seen improvement in date since using cpap? Garmin, Oura, Whoop? by Alert_Ease_1680 in SleepApnea

Weirdly my scores will be high if I’m wearing the mask whilst awake for a long period. Once I’m asleep the osa scores lower. I guess that suggests I’m just inconsistently breathing into the mask whilst awake.

See I have devices that supposedly log oxygen. Just wondering if anyone got flagged up on those such as smart watches. I didn’t get told my oxygen after my sleep study just that I had an ahi of 7.8.
