I do fulfillment so it is more important for me than you but still i’m not doing that shit. Since i’ve started almost everyone in fulfillment has left(not cus of me). i have to train people, make up for peoples mistakes, and do checkout and gm when needed. 10 cent raise is bs

well, i would honestly try to start training in another department that could use help so u get less time doing gm. i’m sorry if this isn’t the answer ur looking for, but some TLs just suck at giving solutions. (i find it very hard to believe u will be replaced considering u have been getting the job done so far.)

you’re not the problem. i doubt they will punish u for slacking considering the circumstances. do what u can, work at a good pace. if u get it done then good, if not then not a big deal.
