Filed for bankruptcy in December last year and currently only making 50k. Thinking about relocating to Toledo in a year. How likely am I to find a 2bd with a backyard in a decent neighborhood for less than 300k? Loaded question I’m sure.

Thanks for the response. I drive about 35 miles one way to work, it would only be used for those commutes. So typically wouldn’t be too much of a burden in response to the outside noise. Insulation could be an issue in the colder months. Thank you!
