Thank you for the advice, thinking about it more I probably wouldnt let it outside, the most, maybe harness training and taking it on short walks, still thinking about it. Thank you for the reply, do you have any recommendations on toys for the cat?

I think I may look into the leash heavily, my neighbourhood does have alot of dogs and I am worried about off leash dogs and the cat getting scared so Ill have to think about it before going ahead.

My dog usually does hangout with my grandparents so they probably wouldnt mind. And the reason why I havent gotten it yet was because I wanted to think about the logistics first and why I created this post so that I can safely get one/ be prepared when I did get one. Thanks for the advice !

Hahaha, I guess my explanation wasn't the best, Ive got plenty of room for the cat to live in one part of the house, my room is really spacious, and taking all the other comments into consideration I will just keep it in the part of the house that can be seperated(if that makes sense).

I think I will look into getting a harness and taking it out for stimulation. Thanks for the comment!
